About Oliver Boot
Oliver Boot trained at RADA and has worked extensively across theatre, film and television.
His theatre credits include: The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time (National Theatre, UK and International tours), Bedroom Farce (UK Tour), The Three Musketeers (Theatre Royal York), Hay Fever (UK Tour), Jamaica Inn (Salisbury Playhouse) Great Expectations (West Yorkshire Playhouse), Lady From The Sea (Birmingham Rep), The Three Musketeers, Tartuffe (both for The Haymarket), Finding Neverland, Oliver, Piaf (all Leicester Curve) Antony and Cleopatra, In Extremis, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Timon of Athens, King Lear, Richard II (all for Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre) and an award winning world tour of Othello (Cheek by Jowl). In 2006 he was asked to perform Henry V for Elizabeth II and Prince Philip at a private dinner party thrown by the American embassy.
For television Oliver has appeared in Endeavour, The Time Of Your Life, One Night, Distant Shores, Great Night Out (ITV), My Family, Two Pints Of Lager and A Packet Of Crisps, Garrow’s Law, Bricks, Hotel Babylon and Holby City (all BBC) and As If (CH4). His film credits include Blooded and Disney’s John Carter.
