About Julia Dray
Julia hails from Sydney, Australia. She graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, where she was the recipient of the Hal Leonard Award for Excellence in Musical Theatre.
Theatre credits include: The Australian Tour of Beautiful The Carole King Musical as Dance Captain, Swing and u/s Carole King and Cynthia Weil, Avenue Q (Enmore Theatre), Ali McGregor’s Jazzamatazz! (Sydney Festival), Celtic Illusions (Anthony Street), Deadly Women (Beyond Productions), Blanche in the Golden Girls muppet show, Thank You For Being A Friend (Neil Gooding Productions), Spring Awakening (ATYP), Baby (Neglected Musicals/Hayes Theatre) and SLUT (WITS Festival Fatale/Old Fitz Theatre).
Julia is a proud member of Equity, and co-founder of the independent theatre company, Edgeware Forum. Julia is thrilled to be continuing her Beautiful Journey in the UK and would like to thank her family and friends back in Oz for their constant support.
